Payment Policy
The online booking system takes payment at time of booking. Should you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.
If authorisation is gained from an insurer/solicitor/case-manager we may be able to invoice them directly for your treatment, we reserve the right to ask for payment at the time of treatment if you are unable to provide us with the necessary authorisation codes and any excess that is due may need to be paid directly to the clinic in accordance with your terms and conditions of your Insurance provider
